Before Your Installation
It's important to know what to expect before your carpet installation!
At Innovative Floor & Design, our team will work tirelessly to provide you with a carpet installation experience that is satisfactory. We will do so by way of open communication and establishing clear outcomes.
Prior to your installation, a member of our team will walk you through the entire process, answering any questions that you might have along the way. On installation day, we ask that you make sure children and pets have vacated the premises and that all furniture has been removed from the room(s) in question.
During & After Your Installation
- On installation, our team will be communicative about the expected timeline for project completion. Here is a rough overview of the installation process:
The first step will involve your crew laying the underpad before also laying down the carpet. - The next step will involve the crew matching up the carpet seams.
- And then, finally, stretching and attaching the carpet to the floor. The duration of this process will vary depending on the size of the job and a variety of other factors.
Once finished, you will complete a walk-through with your crew. In the coming days, you may want to run a fan to remove any installation-related smells.
